MaxAgent Alpha Partner terms

Thank you for joining the MaxAgent Alpha. Here is the deal in plain words.
1. This is Alpha.
MaxAgent is still being built. You may find bugs, missing features or things that change. We will fix what we can, as fast as we can. Please do not rely on MaxAgent as your only record of your clients. Keep your own backup for now.
2. It is free for now.
MaxAgent is free for you during the Alpha. When Alpha ends, partners who stayed active and gave feedback keep a founding price for life, for as long as they stay active. We will tell you the price before anything is charged, and you can say no. Nothing is charged without your clear yes.
3. What we ask from you.
About 10 minutes a week: three short feedback forms (around Day 7, Day 14 and Day 30), one 30-minute setup call, and one 20-minute call at the end of the month. Tell us when something is wrong or missing. Use real leads, so the feedback is real.
4. Your data stays yours.
The leads and client details you add are yours. We use them only to run MaxAgent for you and to understand how the app is used. We never sell your data or your clients' data, and we never share it with other agents.
5. Delete on request.
You can ask us to delete your account and all your data at any time. Send a WhatsApp to 016-450 4856. For the Alpha, we do this by hand and will confirm to you when it is done.
6. Quotes only with permission.
We will never use your name, your photo, your words or your results in our marketing without your clear permission. You choose: full name, initials only, or not at all.
7. Your clients' details.
Please only add people who have given you their details in the normal course of your work. You stay responsible for how you contact them. MaxAgent never sends a message by itself. You always check and press send.
8. Leave any time.
You can stop at any time, for any reason. We may also end the Alpha for a partner or for everyone. If we do, we will tell you first and, if you ask, delete your data.

By ticking the consent box at sign-up, you agree that Maxtech may collect and use your personal details, and the client details you add to MaxAgent, to run MaxAgent for you, to support you and to improve the product.
